Parking Notes:

Parking is available across the street in the new lot, west of Riverview.

Staff parking is in the front, east row of this lot.

Please use the pedestrian light to cross Riverview safely.

Entrance Details:

Enter through the Community Room doors on the west side of Riverview.

These glass doors are closest to Riverview and accessible via the northernmost pedestrian crosswalk.

Meeting Location:

New High School Academic Building, Community Room

Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

Exit the elevator and enter the glass doors directly outside the elevator.

Restrooms are located on the 3rd floor near the elevators through the wooden door.

Description

At the Chamber's State of the Schools luncheon, Bixby Public Schools Superintendent Lydia Wilson will provide an update of our school district including the challenges and opportunities facing the district. She will share the accomplishments of Bixby Public Schools for the current school year and also look ahead to next school year and beyond.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to cancel an event registration AND not be charged for an individual ticket is two business days (48 hours) before the event.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing, via phone and email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or invoice number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check will be issued. Invoices will be processed and sent to those who make reservations and are a "No Show" to the program/event.

These above policies apply to all Bixby Metro Chamber events.
