Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing\, via phone and email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. LOCATION:Community Room @ Bixby High School 601 S Riverview Bixby\, OK 74008 Parking Notes: Parking is available across the street in the new lot\, west of Riverview. Staff parking is in the front\, east row of this lot. Please use the pedestrian light to cross Riverview safely. Entrance Details: Enter through the Community Room doors on the west side of Riverview. These glass doors are closest to Riverview and accessible via the northernmost pedestrian crosswalk. Meeting Location: New High School Academic Building\, Community Room Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Exit the elevator and enter the glass doors directly outside the elevator. Restrooms are located on the 3rd floor near the elevators through the wooden door.
