Description

The Washington Irving Festival is a free event open to the community. It is a day to enjoy Dope Soul Catering food truck, kids zone, pony rides, train rides and costume contests hosted by the Bixby Optimist Club. As a special treat young ones will be able to participate in Trunk or Treat also hosted by the Bixby Optimist Club!

The costume contests will have 3 age groups and will have cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! The overall costume contest winner will receive $50 in cash!
