DESCRIPTION:The Washington Irving Festival is a free event open to the community. It is a day to enjoy Dope Soul Catering food truck\, kids zone\, pony rides\, train rides and costume contests hosted by the Bixby Optimist Club.  As a special treat young ones will be able to participate in Trunk or Treat also hosted by the Bixby Optimist Club! \n\n\n\nThe costume contests will have 3 age groups and will have cash prizes for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd place! The overall costume contest winner will receive $50 in cash!
