Shelley’s career in economic development spanned twenty-five years before she joined The Mettise Group and launched the Tulsa office in 2019. In 2022 she launched Cadamy Business Consulting. Strategist, consensus builder, problem solver and advocate for no-nonsense effectiveness, Shelley Cadamy has built, turned around, or transformed organizations and programs since 1994. Shelley graduated from several leadership programs across Oklahoma and has received multiple awards for her business and community involvement, including YWCA Tulsa’s Woman of the Year and the Journal Record’s “50 Women Making a Difference.” She is an advocate for foster care, adoption, mental healthcare, racial equity and social justice.
