River Trail Ranch, operated by CREOKS Health Services, is a multi-purpose ranch spanning 40 acres in Haskell, Oklahoma. It offers a peaceful and serene environment ideal for growth and healing.

Offering:
-Equine Assisted Therapy: Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is a form of experiential therapy where clients engage with horses under the guidance of a team of professionals. This approach uses the unique connection between humans and horses to facilitate therapeutic outcomes. EAP helps individuals develop emotional regulation, self-awareness and interpersonal skills through interactive and trust-building activities with the horses. Individuals, Families, Groups and more! -P.E.A.R.L.S: With our aging population, seniors often find themselves isolated or withdrawn until something sparks a memory. Commonly older adults have early life experiences with animals and nature. River Trail Ranch provides a sense of comfort and reminiscence. Tai Chi offered on Fridays at 10 a.m.
Veterans: CREOKS offers veteran-specific Equine Assisted Psychotherapy at River Trail Ranch in Haskell, Oklahoma, providing a peaceful setting where veterans can heal and grow. Guided by Eagala Certified professionals, veterans engage in hands-on activities with horses that build trust, strengthen emotional regulation and enhance interpersonal skills without the need for riding or prior horse experience. This evidence-based therapy empowers veterans to address challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression and reintegration stress while fostering resilience and confidence. CREOKS is an approved Care in the Community (CITC) provider with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

-The Grove at RTR: The Grove is dedicated to empowering both children and adults with disabilities and special needs through comprehensive support services aimed at fostering growth and independence. We provide opportunities for skill-building, education and community integration to enable clients to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. -Field Adventures: Escape your classroom and step onto the ranch! River Trail Ranch offers immersive, hands-on field trip experiences designed to connect students with nature, animals, and their own creative spirits. Whether you’re looking for a quick morning spark or a full-day adventure, we have the perfect itinerary! Options include Equine Connection, Nature Discovery, Creative Arts, Ranch Play, Garden Time and more!

-Team-Building: RTR offers opportunities for professional groups looking to enhance communication, practice critical thinking, & build cohesion with experiential learning. For Organizations aiming to align values, adapt to the mission, or to transform culture, team-building at RTR can offer opportunities to grow & adapt together. Offering half/full day events at RTR.
