Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our cosmetic surgery office. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our clients, ensuring exceptional service while supporting the office’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries related to our cosmetic surgery procedures and services.
Respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information or scheduling consultations.
Administrative Support:
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using the office’s booking system.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the practice.
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Client Relations:
Ensure clients feel comfortable and well-informed about their visits or procedures.
Provide pre-appointment instructions, including any necessary paperwork.
Address client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate staff member or surgeon.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all protocols related to patient privacy.
Operations Assistance:
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
Support marketing efforts by sharing information about promotions or services.
Assist with administrative projects or tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic surgery office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with practice management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 7 hours a day
Salary: ($15-$17) Based on experience
