The holiday season is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to share the details of one of our fastest growing events—The Christmas Express! This magical trolley ride through Downtown Bixby is back and promises to bring even more fun and excitement to our community this year. Here are some highlights of the event:

Event Details:

• Dates: The Christmas Express will run for 5 evenings, December 18-22, 5-9 pm, with rides departing from the Hub (12 W. Dawes) every 45 minutes.
• Ride Adventures: The trolley ride will include music, dance performances at Soul II Sole PA, and surprise guests.
• Live Nativity: Riders will have the chance to step off the trolley and experience a live nativity scene at First Assembly of God, complete with all the stable animals.
• Festive Activities: The event will also include music, dancers, surprise guests, and a visit to the Bixby Historical Society, where guests can meet Santa, enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, and view the Festival of the Trees!
• Final Destination: The ride will end with a visit to the Bixby Historical Society, where guests can meet Santa, enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, and view the Festival of the Trees!
• Ticket Sales: Tickets for the ride will go on sale November 1st at 8 am. Tickets sold out within the first day last year, so they will go fast! Ticket sales are extremely low and only go to cover the cost of the event (As there is substantial cost to the event.) If there is any remaining funds to the event, they will be donated to the Bixby Historical Society.
