We are excited to invite you to participate in Bixby High School's upcoming Career Fair on Wednesday, April 23rd, from 10:30am to 12:30pm. This year, we are thrilled to host the event for the first time in our brand-new high school building, which offers a three-level layout and the added opportunity to set up booths in the courtyard, weather permitting. This event is an excellent opportunity to connect with our talented students, promote your organization, and build lasting relationships for future workforce development. Here’s what you can expect:

• Set-Up Time: Participants are welcome to begin setting up their booths starting at 9:30am.
• Light Breakfast and Orientation: A light breakfast will be available from 10:00am to 10:30am, with a brief orientation beginning at 10:10am.

Booth Placement by Category

To maximize engagement and traffic flow, booths will be organized into specific categories:

• Summer Jobs
• Apprenticeships/Internships
• Jobs directly available to high school graduates
• Colleges and universities

We are committed to making this year’s Career Fair the best yet by dispersing booths throughout the high school to ensure steady traffic and optimal interaction.

Event Logistics:

• Provided Items: Each booth will be equipped with an 8-foot table and two chairs.
• Event Registrants: A confirmation email will be sent in two weeks with parking directions and schedule of events.
