Residences at Boardwalk is a resort quality apartment residence. With 200 units in phase 1, we will eventually have over 450 units. We are arranged around a lake, and will have apartments on 3 sides, including ground floor high end restaurants and retail, with 4 docks going out into the lake for dining and water recreation for our residents and guests. The project will have over a mile of walking trails, including the boardwalk and trail around the lake, where there will be relaxation and exercise stations, grills, and covered pergolas.
