Each year students come from a diversity of businesses and meet monthly to learn more about the Bixby community.

Leadership Bixby is a 7-session program, sponsored and coordinated by the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce, to identify, educate and develop a select group of citizens for positions of community leadership. Participants meet each month during September, October, November, January, February, March and April.

By completion of the class, students will understand all the components to ensure a successful community: state and city government, social services, education, and how economic developments happen. Over 400 participants have graduated from the program since 2002.
