Transformation Church is thrilled to announce that its highly anticipated V4 Conference will take place in Bixby, Oklahoma, from October 8–10, 2025. With tickets sold out and thousands of attendees expected from across the U.S. and abroad, the event promises to be a transformative experience for both participants and the local community.
This isn’t just a conference—it’s an annual moment for connection, creativity, and spiritual renewal. We’re honored to extend this beyond the church walls, to the heart of Bixby!
The V4 Conference is expected to generate significant economic impact for Bixby, with visitors supporting local hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and service providers. Many attendees are also planning to stay for worship services on the Sundays before and after the conference, further extending their engagement with the city.
In addition to boosting local commerce, the event will showcase Bixby as a vibrant destination for large-scale gatherings and foster opportunities for collaboration among pastors, leaders, and changemakers from around the world.

This is our 4th conference appropriately name v4 Conference will be Wednesday-Friday, October 8-10. This is what we have learned about our attendees, who we affectionately refer to as TC Nation:
● TC Nation is not only super excited to be here at the conference but also to be here in the Bixby/Tulsa area. Many people have even moved here after experiencing our beloved community!
● TC Nation may even plan to come early, stay longer or both! We anticipate many attendees will come the Sunday before conference or stay through the Sunday after conference. It’s during this time they will take even more time to discover all the wonderful things Bixby/Tulsa has to offer.

Here are some ideas on how to prepare to welcome conference attendees: ● Anticipate Overflow: Conferences bring an influx of people, so staff accordingly and prepare for potential larger groups and longer hours. ● Tailor Your Menu: Offer a variety of options, including lighter fare, and consider special menus to keep it simple when ordering and easier to provide quick service. ● Offer Special Deals and Discounts: Consider providing exclusive discounts or packages for conference attendees to entice them to choose your restaurant. ● Get the Word Out: Update your signage to welcome attendees by referencing the conference.
