Experts to help you test your plan and provide feedback to refine it include David Hall\, Manager for State Farm Companies and Gail Moraton\, Business Resiliency Manager\, IBHS.\n\nThe Oct. 3 event is hosted by Tulsa Community College at the TCC Metro Campus\, Center for Creativity in downtown Tulsa\, includes lunch\, and is free and open to all.
