DESCRIPTION:Our second annual Community Table is an evening of food\, drinks\, live music\, and entertainment benefitting the Bixby Development Foundation. Catered with locally sourced ingredients\, Nana Rose's Italian Bakery & Market will arrange a multi-course meal that will bring the Bixby community to the table.\n\n\n\nUpgrade your experience with a premium ticket that includes local beer and wine to your meal. Community Table has various opportunities to get your business on the table. Sign up for a sponsorship today!\n\n\n\n\n\nFirst Course:\n\nBrushetta--Fresh cherry tomatoes\, mozzarella\, house blend of spices\, garlic\, olive oil. Paired with homemade crostini.\n\n\n\nSecond Course:\n\nCaprese Salad--Fresh mozzarella\, tomatoes\, basil. Drizzled with olive oil and balsamic reduction. Sprinkled with Nana's Italian herb blend.\n\n\n\nThird Course:\n\nLasagna Roll Ups--Two lasagna roll ups\, served with alfredo and/or Nana's red sauce. Baked and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. Paired with Italian baked chicken and/or homemade meatballs. Served with a mini megaloknot.\n\n\n\nFourth course:\n\nTiramisu Slice--Nana's lady fingers\, soaked in the finest espresso. Layered with Italian cream. Chilled to perfection and dusted with cocoa powder. Also paired with New York Cheesecake and Cannoli.\n\n\n\nWine Pairings Options:\n\nCabernet or deep red blend to pair with Nana's sauce.
